By placing an order with Sweetteapie Confections, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About Us

Sweetteapie Confections is a small, home-based confection business operating in the San Gabriel Valley, California. We specialize in handcrafted cloud nougats and chocolates made in small batches.

Ordering

Orders are accepted during our monthly order window (the 1st through the 21st of each month). Submitting an order form is a request to purchase — we will follow up to confirm your order and arrange payment and pickup details. An order is not final until confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to decline or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that exceed available stock.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of pickup. We currently accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

Pickup

Pickup takes place at the end of each month in Temple City, CA 91780. Exact pickup location and time will be communicated upon order confirmation. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be forfeited without refund.

Allergens

Our products contain or may contain nuts, soy, milk, and wheat. Our confections are prepared in a home kitchen that handles these allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise accordingly. By placing an order, you acknowledge awareness of these allergen risks.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our ordering system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
